Acceptance

By using Poleana you confirm that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Poleana. By entering you confirm you meet the minimum age. We may restrict features or close accounts that don't meet this requirement.

Your account

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Guest mode saves your progress only on the device and isn't linked to an account.

Virtual currency and items

Fichas, Diamantes, cosmetics and season passes are in-game usage licenses, not your property:

• They have no real monetary value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged outside the game.
• No item grants a gameplay advantage: everything is cosmetic.
• We may adjust prices, rewards, odds and the game economy at any time.
• If the service closes, these licenses end with no obligation to refund.

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play or the App Store:

• Refunds are handled under Google's or Apple's policies.
• Purchases are not refundable by the developer except where the law requires it.
• The season pass is valid only during the stated season and does not auto-renew.

Changes to the service

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service:

• We may modify, suspend or discontinue the game, in whole or in part, at any time.
• Servers may be discontinued at the developer's discretion, with no obligation to refund previous purchases.
• We'll make reasonable efforts to announce relevant changes when possible.

User conduct

By using Poleana you agree not to:

• Use hacks, exploits, bots or third-party software to alter the game.
• Harass, threaten or post offensive or illegal content in the game.
• Impersonate others or access accounts that aren't yours.
• Attempt to breach the security of the service or other users.

Sanctions

We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, including name and reaction moderation. Accounts are subject to moderation because this is an app for ages 13 and up.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, progress or virtual items, nor for service interruptions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico (or the country where the company is incorporated), without prejudice to the rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
